Mixinflow collects information needed to provide AI image editing, account access, billing, support, platform security, and policy enforcement. The categories may include:

• Account details: email address, profile information, authentication records, preferences, account status, and support communication.
• Creative assets: images you upload, editing prompts, generation settings, masks, output files, file metadata, and task history needed to complete your requested edits.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser, device type, approximate region, pages visited, feature events, error logs, rate-limit events, and security signals.
• Safety and compliance signals: limited information needed to detect abuse, enforce our ban on NSFW content, investigate rights complaints, and prevent illegal, harmful, or infringing use.
• Payment records: subscription, credit, tax, invoice, refund, and transaction status information. Payment card data is handled by payment processors, not stored directly by Mixinflow.

We process data to operate the product and improve the reliability of creative workflows. This includes:

• Delivering uploads, previews, AI generations, downloads, and other editing results you request.
• Authenticating accounts, managing credits, subscriptions, usage limits, billing records, and customer support.
• Detecting prohibited prompts, uploads, or outputs, including NSFW material, exploitative content, impersonation, copyright infringement, trademark misuse, and privacy-invasive edits.
• Monitoring abuse, fraud, outages, payment disputes, security incidents, and attempts to bypass platform protections.
• Understanding aggregate product performance so we can improve latency, quality, accessibility, and reliability.

We do not sell uploaded images or personal information. We do not use your private uploaded assets for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Mixinflow shares information only when needed to provide the service, comply with law, enforce our rules, or protect users and the platform.

• Infrastructure providers: hosting, database, object storage, email, analytics, observability, and AI model providers may process data on our behalf.
• Payment providers: billing processors handle checkout, subscription status, invoices, refunds, taxes, and fraud checks.
• Safety and legal requests: we may disclose information if required by law or necessary to investigate abuse, NSFW policy violations, security threats, rights violations, or misuse of another person's likeness or protected work.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete, or restrict certain personal information. You may also object to some processing or withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

Deletion requests may not remove records we reasonably need for fraud prevention, chargeback handling, abuse investigations, rights complaints, legal compliance, or backup integrity.

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for product operation, legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, fraud prevention, safety enforcement, and backup integrity.

Uploaded images, prompts, outputs, and task records may be retained while your account is active, while a generation remains available to you, or while we need them to investigate abuse, NSFW material, infringement claims, payment disputes, or security issues.

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect account data and creative assets. No internet service is perfectly secure, so please use strong account credentials and contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Mixinflow is not directed to children under 13, and users must not upload images of children or other people for sexual, exploitative, harassing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive edits.

NSFW content is expressly prohibited on Mixinflow. This includes sexually explicit material, nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexualized minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, fetish content, pornographic edits, or attempts to transform a person into sexual content.

Mixinflow aims to support privacy expectations reflected in frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable data protection laws. If a local rule gives you additional rights, we will handle valid requests according to that rule.
