Terms of Service

Mixinflow provides AI-powered image editing, generation, enhancement, and creative workflow tools. Subject to these terms, you may use the service for personal or commercial creative projects.

• You must use Mixinflow only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects the rights, safety, dignity, privacy, and consent of others.
• You may not use unofficial automation, scraping, credential sharing, account resale, or bulk requests to bypass limits, pricing, security, moderation, or infrastructure protections.
• AI outputs can vary based on source image quality, prompts, parameters, model behavior, safety filters, and service availability.
• You are responsible for checking whether your uploaded materials, prompts, and outputs are lawful and properly licensed before publishing, selling, or otherwise using them.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your login credentials, and activity that occurs through your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe an account is involved in abuse, NSFW content, payment fraud, security risks, rights violations, unlawful activity, or behavior that could harm Mixinflow or other users.

Your Content

You retain ownership of images, prompts, and other materials you upload or submit to Mixinflow. You grant Mixinflow a limited license to host, process, transform, store, transmit, display, and moderate that content only as needed to provide the service, operate your account, enforce these terms, and comply with legal obligations.

Rights You Must Have

Do not upload, edit, generate, or publish content unless you have the rights, permissions, and consents needed for that use. This includes copyright, trademark, publicity, likeness, privacy, contractual, and dataset or stock-license restrictions.

• Do not create or request outputs that copy, imitate, or misuse protected artwork, logos, characters, brands, designs, or other third-party assets in a way that infringes or confuses users.
• Do not use Mixinflow to remove watermarks, bypass license terms, counterfeit goods, impersonate a person or brand, or falsely suggest endorsement.
• Do not upload private images of another person or edit a person's face, body, identity, or likeness without the permissions required by law and by these terms.

AI Outputs

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use outputs generated for you by Mixinflow for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use, including for accuracy, third-party rights, likeness rights, disclosure duties, and compliance with local law.

Mixinflow does not guarantee that an output is copyrightable, unique, non-infringing, suitable for trademark use, or appropriate for every commercial context.

Mixinflow Technology

Mixinflow retains all rights in the platform, interface, software, models, systems, trademarks, design assets, documentation, and underlying technology. These terms do not transfer ownership of Mixinflow technology to you.

Mixinflow expressly prohibits NSFW content. You may not upload, create, request, edit, generate, publish, or share sexually explicit, pornographic, erotic, fetish, or sexualized content through the service.

• NSFW and sexual content: nudity intended for sexual gratification, sexual acts, pornographic edits, sexualized minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfake sexual content, or attempts to transform a real person into sexual content are not allowed.
• Illegal or harmful content: content involving exploitation, abuse, trafficking, self-harm instructions, extremist activity, credible threats, harassment, doxxing, or evasion of law enforcement is prohibited.
• Hate and harassment: content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes violence or discrimination based on protected characteristics is prohibited.
• Deception and impersonation: misleading political, financial, medical, legal, identity, endorsement, or public-interest content is prohibited, especially when it may confuse people about whether media is real.
• Rights violations: copyright infringement, trademark misuse, privacy-invasive edits, non-consensual likeness use, watermark removal, and content designed to evade another platform's rules are prohibited.
• Platform abuse: reverse engineering, security probing, model extraction, prompt-filter bypassing, spam, scraping, or interference with other users or infrastructure is prohibited.

We may block prompts, refuse or remove outputs, limit downloads, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with lawful requests when needed to enforce these terms, protect people, protect intellectual property, or comply with legal obligations.

Mixinflow may offer free credits, paid credits, subscriptions, plan tiers, add-ons, or promotional offers. Prices, limits, included credits, renewal terms, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in the relevant pricing experience.

• Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date shown by the billing provider.
• Credits may be consumed when a generation or editing task is submitted, including when outputs require significant compute, safety checks, or when a task cannot be reversed after processing begins.
• Credits, subscriptions, and outputs may be limited or forfeited if they are used for prohibited content, infringement, fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass service limits.
• Refund eligibility depends on the applicable offer, usage, local law, and payment processor rules. Contact support if you believe there was a billing error.

Mixinflow relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, storage, analytics, email, observability, AI model processing, and other product functions. Your use of Mixinflow may be affected by those providers' availability, processing rules, and legal requirements.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, or services you choose to use outside Mixinflow, even if they are linked from the product.

Mixinflow is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free outputs, perfect moderation, or that AI results will meet every expectation or use case.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mixinflow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, uploaded content, generated outputs, publication decisions, account restrictions, or service interruptions.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the product, account email, or an updated page date. Continued use of Mixinflow after an update means you accept the revised terms.
